Liver Cleansing Diet


Morning:

Add 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 Tbsp. honey to
1 c. warm water, and drink on an empty stomach
No other food should be eaten at this meal
20 minutes meditation (make xu sound)

Lunch and Tea:

Green tea w/ lemon juice
Cucumber and Broccoli salad with Bean Sprouts
With your regular lunch*
Chinese Herbal Cleansing Tea (after lunch)

Evening:

With regular dinner*
Chrysanthemum Tea + Gou Qi Zi
20 minutes meditation (make xu sound)


• AVOID ALL PROCESSED FOODS, MEAT (Only fish is okay), DAIRY, FRIED FOODS/OIL, ALCOHOL, COFFEE, SUGAR, SODAS.

• Prepare simple, natural meals of fruits/vegetables, whole grains, and lean fish or soy proteins. Drink plenty of water and green tea.
