8 Brocades Qi Gong with Dr. Jing

Updated: Dec 15, 2020

We can't believe it is already approaching the end of the year and that Thanksgiving is here. This year, we are most thankful for our health during this pandemic.

For a healthy season, check out our new video on YouTube “8 Brocades Qigong” demonstrated by Dr. Jing. "8 Brocades Qigong (Baduanjin 八段錦) is one of the most common forms of Chinese qigong used as exercise. Variously translated as Eight Pieces of Brocade, Eight-Section Brocade, Eight Silken Movements or Eight Silk Weaving, the name of the form generally refers to how the eight individual movements of the form characterize and impart a silken quality (like that of a piece of brocade) to the body and its energy. The Baduanjin is primarily designated as a form of medical qigong, meant to improve health."(source: wiki)

This year has been a learning curve for us in many ways. We hope that the few resources we have provided during this time has been helpful and has helped everyone stay connected in some way. Best wishes for a peaceful, happy, and healthy Thanksgiving holiday!
